APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION AS A VENDOR (EXTERNAL PROVIDER) TO
STRELING RESOURCES COMPANY

Please note that;
1. This form is given out free of charge. Any person found selling it or charge money for it may be prosecuted.
2. Fulfilment of condition here is not a guarantee of patronage.
3. Annual renewal of registration is required.
4. Application is accompanied with the following;
a. A photocopy of certificate or registration/incorporation of company or business.
b. Reference letter from your bank.
c. Copy of quality system certification.
d. Two passport photographs of owner/representative.
e. Income tax clearance certificate of company for the past three years.
f. VAT certificate of company.
g. Nigerian content equipment certificate (NCEC).

I/We hereby apply to be registered as a vendor(s)/ External Provider(s) to your company.
Streling Resources Company Limited is not precluded from placing any of its work on an open tender whereby registered and unregistered vendors or external providers would be
free to bid for the work.
I/We also declare that the information given herein is true and correct, and however understand that any false information given about myself/ourselves will lead to my/our disqualification or subsequent cancellation of nay contract/ work awarded to me/us at the full discretion of Streling Resources Company Limited.
Registration for more than one area of specialization can be effected by completing one or more registration forms.
